Property services groups Jones Lang LaSalle and Exa said that they have leased out around 1,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in UBS' Vallsolana Garden business park in San Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona. Sports maker retailer Reebok has become the first tenant in the business park by taking 1,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of space in the Vinson office building.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
