The Netherlands is a complex, traditional yet rapidly evolving real estate market. It is home to some of the worlds largest multi national companies including Unilever, Heineken, Shell, KPMG and Nike. The further rise of international companies moving their European HQ to The Netherlands has led to an increasing shortage of Residential housing in one of Europe's most densly populated countries. The condensed geography and proximity of Urban areas also make it a perfect base for the ever increasing logistics and last mile delivery solutions, all the while government policy reform is taking place aimed at creating a more flexible approach across a range of asset classes meaning new opportunities are open to investors.
PropertyEU will address these issues with our panel experts who will provide insight into the market conditions, evolving legislation and new opportunities offered in the region.
This discussion will then be covered extensively across the daily news, magazine and social media forums for PropertyEU and PropertyNL.
When: Thursday 10th September 2020
Where: PropertyEU, World Trade Centre, Utrecht, Netherlands
The event will be chaired by Editor in chief Robin Marriott and includes:
|Savills||Reinier Wegman, Head of Sales Netherlands|
|Panattoni||Artur Mokrzycki, Head of Capital Markets|
If you or your company would like to join the discussion please contact Eddie Roche to register your interest.
