The Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund has acquired a €97 mln healthcare real estate portfolio of 11 private residential care complexes in the Netherlands from care home operator emeis.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
