Arkadiusz Rudzki has been appointed the new leasing and asset director at Skanska Proeprty Poland. Rudzki, who recently joined Skanska, has 12 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Skanska, he worked among others for Bank Zachodni, where he was responsible for increasing efficiency of a chain of branches and leasing office space for the bank.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
