Savills Ireland has appointed Mark Reynolds as deputy managing director in a move that will free up Angus Potterton to play a greater role in the company's European business.
Reynolds has spent almost 20 years with Savills, 12 of them as head of the development and consultancy division and another eight in various departments in Dublin and London.
He will support managing director Angus Potterton on a day-to-day business while also continuing as head of development of consultancy.
His recent projects included the redevelopment of Boland's Mills as Boland's Quay, which was recently acquired by Google for €300 mln.
Reynolds is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He said: 'Savills has been my “home” for almost 20 years and I am delighted to have this opportunity to contribute even more to its ongoing growth, success and culture.
'Our exposure to the market is unrivalled – we know what is driving the market, so we can move quickly on behalf of our clients.'
