Green real estate asset developer Merlin Properties and global data centre provider Edged Energy have teamed up for a new, high-tech and carbon-neutral data centre in Portugal.
Panattoni has sold a 39,000 m2 logistics complex in Warsaw, Poland, to an unnamed international real estate investor for €53.5 mln.
