Toasted Productions has become the latest media company to set up home in The Pie Factory, MediaCityUK located at Salford Quays in the UK. The media production company, whose clients include ITV, Universal Records, Girls Aloud, 4Music, iTunes Music Festival, Unilever and Manchester Airport have joined the likes of 24-7(Visual Impact), Gallowglass and Glitterfish in the former freshbake factory.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
