Oxford Properties hires lead finance pro on last year's €1.1b refinance of 22 Bishopsgate in London

Canada’s Oxford Properties Group has appointed Tina Pristovsek as VP,  real estate finance & capital markets Europe.

Based in London, she joins from Bank of America, to develop and implement financing strategies for Oxford’s European business.

Pristovsek will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s €3 bn existing European debt portfolio, including coordinating its loan compliance efforts in the region. In addition, she will continue to build and strengthen relationships with Oxford’s European and global lending partners.

At Bank of America, she most recently led a director in the EMEA Real Estate Structured Finance team in London, responsible for leading a number of large, high-profile transactions including the £1.25 bn (€1.13 bn sustainability-linked refinancing of 22 Bishopsgate, the flagship City of London office tower owned by Axa.

Prior to Bank of America, she worked the EMEA Commercial Real Estate team at Deutsche Bank, also based in London.
