Centrum Metropol, a new mixed-use project located in the heart of the Polish city of Wroclaw, was officially launched in mid-December. The development will consist of a mid-scale business hotel under the Hilton Garden Inn brand together with modern office, retail and convenient residential facilities. McCarthy-Harte is the investor and developer of the project and DTZ is acting as advisor.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
