Multi Development Portugal has announced that its Espaço Guimarães shopping centre in northern Portugal will open on 3 November. The EUR 140 mln project, comprising 41,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of GLA and a retail park of 7,000 m2, will be managed by Multi Mall Management. It was jointly developed by Multi Development Portugal and Bouygues Imobiliária.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
