Swedish lender Landshypotek has sold an office building in Stockholm to private investment firm Industricentralen for just under SEK 600 mln (EUR 66 mln). Landshypotek said it has made a profit of around SEK 250 mln on the deal.

Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
