Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail) has announced that clothing stores group C&A has signed a letter of intent to lease space at Galeria Victoria entertainment and retail centre in the Polish city of Walbrzych. The lease agreement for almost 1,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space on the ground and first floor of the mall is expected to be signed by the end of July.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
