The UK subsidiary of Japanese construction giant Kajima Corporation has acquired an office and retail property in the Mayfair district of London for £31.5 mln (EUR 34.5 mln), Property Week has reported. The 2,900-m[sup]2[/sup] asset at 103 Mount Street, opposite the Connaught Hotel, was sold by Prupim at a 6.6% yield.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
