Global investment management company WP Carey & Co has appointed Jeffrey Lefleur as managing director. Lefleur, who operates out of offices in both London and New York, will continue to be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing sale-leaseback transactions in Europe on behalf of the company’s CPA series of income-generating, non-traded REITs.
