Listed CEE real estate investor Immofinanz has appointed international consultancy EC Harris to manage the completion of the 110,000-m[sup]2[/sup] Maritimo Shopping Centre in Romania.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
