ING Real Estate Development and Apsys have reached agreement with Saremm, the Metz Metropolitan land management company, on the development of a 42,500 m[sup]2[/sup] retail and leisure scheme in Metz, Northeastern France. The complex is part of the Quartier de l'Amphitheatre project, an inner-city regeneration covering an area of 38 hectares.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
