The Polish office of US property developer Hines has started preliminary work for the project to build a 160-metre high tower on ul. Grzybowska in Warsaw. The firm told PropertyEU that it has been granted permission to begin construction and will now start demolition works on the site, while beginning to search for a general contractor for the project.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
