US privately-held developer-investor Hines and European real assets business Kajima have announced an agreement to pursue development projects in Poland in the private rental housing sector (PRS).
Sirius Capital Partners, through its Sirius Fund IV, has signed an agreement to acquire seven assets, consisting of 261 rental apartments, from Finnish construction company Hartela.
