German developer Gieag Immobilien has sold a nearly 150,000 m2 industrial and commercial property in Emmering, near Munich, to an unnamed German small and medium enterprise.
ING Italia has granted a €27.2 mln green loan to an Italian real estate mutual investment fund managed by CBRE Investment Management.
