Global property group Goodman has secured planning consent to broaden the scope of a future new development at its Birmingham Business Park. The park, which currently comprises 149,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of prime office space and provides accomodation for a range of companies including Orange, Beiersdorf and Fujitsu, has 14 hectares of land with planning permission to deliver a further 74,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of workspace.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
