The Euro Tower office building being developed in Bucharest by Cascade Group has become the first 'Green' office building to be delivered in Romania. The scheme was recently awarded a BREEAM Certificate with a rating of 'Very Good', making it the first 'Green' office building to be delivered in Romania.
