The Munich-based firm, Kingstone Real Estate, has hired a 43-year-old to fill a position of head of transactions, healthcare.
Philipp Bach has joined from Principal Real Estate Europe to help search for and land investments.
He reports to managing partner, Paul Munro, who said Kingstone had assembled a dedicated team of health and investment specialists.
Kingstone was founded by the Schomberg family and Pegasus Capital Partners.
Munro joined the firm’s healthcare subsidiary, Kingstone Living & Care, in June, also from Principal Real Estate Europe.
Bärbel Schomberg, managing director of Kingstone Real Estate, said at the time: ‘The competition for healthcare properties is becoming ever more intense. ‘We already built up a comprehensive investment pipeline and are actively looking for individual assets throughout Germany which offer strong long-term potential.’
