German property investor Deka Immobilien said on Wednesday that it has finalised the acquisition of the Momeni-Haus office building in the city centre of Hamburg. The property located at Hohen Bleichen 11 was sold by Movesta Development GmbH and Momeni Project Development GmbH. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
