Corio scoops Saint-Jacques mall in Metz for EUR 96m

Dutch listed retail investor Corio said on Thursday that it has acquired 75.8% of the Saint-Jacques shopping centre located in Metz, in the northeastern part of France, for EUR 96.4 mln, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.6%. Although the vendors cannot be disclosed, a Corio spokesperson said they are a number of wealthy French families.
