Catella's Focus Nordic Cities open-ended real estate fund has acquired two office buildings for a total investment volume of EUR 57 mln. In the larger of the two transactions, the fund purchased the 11,300-m[sup]2[/sup] Baltzar City in Malmo, Sweden for EUR 40 mln. The property which comprises office and retail space was modernised in 2002.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
