Global private equity firm The Carlyle Group has announced the letting of around 7,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space at its Globen City office and retail scheme close to Stockholm, Sweden. The lettings, which are to both new and existing tenants, follow Carlyle's recent announcement that it had leased 30,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space across its Nordic portfolio.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
