Investment manager Bouwfonds REIM has purchased two residential buildings in Copenhagen and carried out its first acquisition in The Hague on behalf of its EUR 400 mln European Residential Fund.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
