US asset management giant Blackstone is reportedly planning to launch its latest global real estate fund this year.
Magazine IPE Real Estate said the vehicle, Blackstone Real Estate Partners IX could count the Los Angeles Water & Power Employees’ Retirement Plan (WPERP) among its investors.
No further details were disclosed.
Contacted by PropertyEU, Blackstone declined to comment.
