BAM Properties has announced it is to start the first office development in West London since the last cycle. Construction of Chiswick Green, a 7,600-m[sup]2[/sup] BREEAM 'Excellent' rated property will begin on 4 October.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
