German lender Aareal Bank has provided a loan of EUR 300 mln to refinance a logistics property portfolio owned by the Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF). The portfolio comprises 34 properties in Germany and Poland with a total lettable area of over one million m[sup]2[/sup].
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
