AXA Real Estate signed 96 leases representing a total of 175,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space across its French office portfolio in 2011. This is a 23% increase on the total of 142,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of lettings in 2010.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
