AREA Property Partners (AREA) has appointed Alban Liss to launch the group's new Paris office and lead its French investment activities. Liss joins AREA from Generali Real Estate where he spent six years and was responsible for investments of over EUR 4 bn in real estate assets. In 2008, he was appointed the company's worldwide head of international investments.
