Wilson Bowden, the British commercial and residential property developer, has confirmed media speculation that it is in talks about a possible takeover of the company. 'The Board can confirm that it is in preliminary discussions with a number of parties regarding a possible offer for the company,' Wilson Bowden said in a statement on Monday.
