The London office of German lender WestImmo announced on Tuesday that it has arranged and underwritten three acquisition loans in the UK and Continental Europe recently. 'In addition to WestImmo's strategy of medium to large scale debt arrangement, the London branch continues to provide clients with tailored bilateral solutions across Europe,' the lender said.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
