Asset manager Wealthcap has announced the acquisition of the headquarters of an unnamed pharmaceutical company specializing in vaccines in Tübingen, Germany.
The property was sold in a share deal by Medea Real Estate on behalf of a Swiss family office. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The building comprises 13,000 m2 of office, laboratory, and storage space and was completed in February 2020. It is located within a new campus for innovative companies and research institutions named Cyber Valley Tübingen and is leased with a long-term rental agreement.
