French fund manager Viveris REIM has announced three 'core' acquisitions in France on behalf of its Sppicav Delta Immo fund involving a total investment of EUR 82 mln, or a gross yield of 5.9%. In a statement on Monday, the company said it has bought a mixed-use building offering 4,200 m[sup]2[/sup] of office and residential space near the Paris stock exchange in the second arrondissement of the French capital. The asset is multi-let to nine tenants.
