French construction giant Vinci Immobilier has kicked off the development of a mixed-use complex in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The project is located in the new Rive Gauche district of Paris and will consist of 13,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail and office space. The site was bought from Semapa, a public-private partnership for the management of the city of Paris.
