Netherlands-based Intervest Offices has sold an office portfolio to a group of British private investors for EUR 92.5 mln. The portfolio includes five buildings, three in Zaventem, and one in Leuven and Kortemborg, the Netherlands, for a total area of 71,210 m[sup]2[/sup]. The value reflects a gross initial yield of 4%.
Morgan Stanley spin-off, Proprium, made a 20-times multiple on its €65 mln equity investment in 2007 in Motel One.
