Valor Real Estate Partners has acquired three last mile logistics properties in Paris, and one in Lyon, for €50 mln on behalf of its joint venture with Quadreal Property Group.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
