Valadier to sell Consob building in Rome

An Italian bankruptcy court has approved the sale of the Consob headquarters in Rome owned by Coppola Group's real estate unit Valadier, which declared itself bankrupt two years ago. The building, which is located in Rome's Piazza Verdi, houses the Italian Antitrust authority Consob and is partly owned by Valadier and partly by Consob itself.
