Unibail-Rodamco sells Dutch assets for EUR 156m

Unibail-Rodamco has sold three retail assets in the Netherlands for about EUR 156 mln. The buyer was Altera Vastgoed, a private real estate investment company based in the Netherlands. Altera announced on Monday that the main asset is the 17,000-m[sup]2[/sup] Sint Jorisplein shopping centre and its 460-space parking garage in Amersfoort. The other two assets sold by Unibail-Rodamco are the 9,000-m[sup]2[/sup] Arendshof mall and a 560-space garage in Oosterhout and several shop units comprising a total of 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in Schalkwijk, Haarlem.
