European listed property company Unibail-Rodamco has issued a 7-year bond for a total amount of EUR 750 mln. The bond matures on 22 March 2019 and will offer a coupon of 3%.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
