International real estate adviser Savills has announced the promotion of Ulf Nilsson to CEO of its Swedish business. Ulf Nilsson, who has 25 years experience of property and financing transaction and advice, is also head of corporate finance in Sweden. He will be supported by head of valuation Lars Rickardson and head of investment Greger Hedlund.
