European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners is planning to raise EUR 500 mln early next year for its new fund Curzon Capital Partners III, CEO Ric Lewis told PropertyEU. 'The new fund will focus on core-plus properties in the UK and the Continent and all sectors including office, retail, logistics and residential.'
