Travelodge invests in London hotels ahead of Olympics

Budget hotel chain Travelodge said that it was investing £140 mln (EUR 205 mln) to build 20 new hotels and 3,500 rooms in London in time for the 2012 Olympic Games, in an expansion it says will make it the city’s largest hotelier. The expansion will double the number of rooms the group has in the U.K. capital.
