Danish listed real estate company Tower Group has concluded an agreement to acquire 34 properties in Wuppertal, a city in Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia region. The properties, consisting of a total of 30,536 m2, has 463 residential and 23 business tenancies.

In a statement filed with the Copenhagen stock exchange, the company said it had also acquired a 3,442 m2 property in Berlin, which has 41 residential and four business tenancies. The acquisition price, including expenses, came to EUR 26.4 mln. Tower Group said it has thereby acquired properties at a total value of EUR 135 mln and handles a total property portfolio comprising 3,194 residential and 58 business tenancies.
