PropertyEU's annual ranking of the leading investors in European real estate by assets under management finds that many firms spent much of 2023 rebalancing their portfolios and getting their house in order as they waited for better times to step back into the market.
Panattoni has sold a 39,000 m2 logistics complex in Warsaw, Poland, to an unnamed international real estate investor for €53.5 mln.
