St Modwen submits plans for £750m Longbridge scheme

UK regeneration specialist St Modwen has submitted four planning applications to carry out a £750mln mixed-use redevelopment project at Longbridge near Birmingham. The company said in a statement the landmark regeneration, which is jointly owned by St Modwen and the Regional Development Agency Advantage West Midlands, will include around 180,00 m[sup]2[/sup] of commercial development and 1,980 homes as well as a large public space. The scheme, located near the Longbridge train station, will take 15 years to complete.
