Finland's Sponda has sold two logistics properties in Vantaa and a retail property in Joensuu for some EUR 22 mln, the company said this week. The two logistics properties in Vantaa were sold to a property investment firm owned by Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited and Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company for EUR 20 mln. The assets offer over 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space and are fully leased.
