Austria's Sparkassen Immobilien AG has completed the purchase of the Hoch Zwei and Plus Zwei newly built office schemes located in the new Viertel Zwei urban district of Vienna. Although the financial details remain confidential, Ernst Vejdovszky, member of Sparkassen's management board said that the acquisition represents 'one of the biggest real estate deals' in the Austrian capital in recent years.
Private real estate holding Global Holdings Group has acquired mixed-use asset 10 Great Pulteney Street from fashion retailer Boohoo.
